Day 1 |
Singapore / Tokyo (Meal on board)
Assemble at Singapore Changi International Airport Terminal 2 for your pleasant ANA flight
to Narita International Airport, Tokyo.

Day 2 |
Tokyo / Tochigi - Nikko City (Lunch, Dinner)
Upon arrival in Tokyo, visit the most famous and oldest temple in Tokyo, Asakusa Kannon Temple. At the Nakamise Shopping Street, where colourful street filled with wide selection of souvenirs and traditional Japanese snacks. Next The Daiso, every item in this store is priced at 100 yen, with some exceptions. After lunch journey to Nikko, Lake Chuzenji, a beautiful lake with forested shores at the foot of the sacred volcano Mt.Nantai. This evening, relax yourself in one of the onsen (hot spring bath) within the hotel.

Day 3 |
Tochigi / Fukushima - Kitakata City/ Aizuwakamatsu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
This morning, we’ll visit Nikko Toshogu (World Heritage), home to one of the must-see Japanese architecture, famous for its lavish ornamental carving that excellently decorates the entire building. Then proceed to visit Tsuruga Castle, one of the best known historic castles in Tohoku, is the home to the Aizu clan during the Edo period. We'll also visit the Aizu Samurai Residence, a mansion of the chief retainer of Aizu clan. Next explore the making of the sake in Aizu Sake History Museum where you get the sample sake as well. Next we'll take the "Travelator" up to Mt.limori, home to a memorial of the "Byakkotai" or White Tigers - a group of samurai youths who committed heroic suicide here in 1868. Have a fruitful session as you experience fruit picking at Gaburi Garden (subject to seasonality). This eveing, relax yourself in one of the onsen (hot spring bath) within the hotel.

Day 4 |
Fukushima/ Miyaki - Matsushima/ City of Sendai (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
This morning let's proceed to Goshikinuma, a five color ponds changes depending on weather conditions, then drive towards Matsushima Bay. Along the way we will visit reowned Hanamiyama Park*. After arriving at Matsushima, visit the Zuiganji Temple, Tohoku’s most famous Zen temple which is well known for its beautifully painted sliding doors. Followed by the Godaido Hall, that perched on a small island in Matsushima bay. Take a moment to savour the flavours of green tea as you partake in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony at Kanrantei. Next take a stroll in Nishi Park*, the oldest park in the Sendai city, is cherished by locals for its beautiful cherry blossoms and autumn colors. Last but not least, wrap up your day with shopping at Ichibancho Arcade Street before heading back to the hotel.

Day 5 |
Iwate - Hiraizumi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After breakfast, proceed to visit Chusonji Temple, especially the Konjikido building or Golden Hall, featuring layers of valuable black-lacquer and gold leaf. Have a taste of the local tradition - Wanko Soba lunch at Hatsukoma Inter Branch (eat-all-you-can). Followed by Genbikei Gorge, which is spectacular in all four seasons. It is also famous for its "Flying Dango" - sweet sticky riceball that is delivered by the restaurant on one side of the gorge via rope and basket. Visit Morioka Handi Works Square that introduces Iwate's traditional handicraft arts and local specialties. This evening, relax yourself in one of the onsen (hot spring bath) within the hotel.

Day 6 |
Akita - Lake Tazawa/ Tokyo (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After check-out make a photo stop at the legendary Lake Tazawa, the deepest lake in Japan and visit to Kakunodate Samurai Residence, a historic town dotted with samurai residences and storehouses, allowing visitors to experience old-style Japan. After lunch, transfer to Akita Airport to catch a flight back to Tokyo. Have an evening free to shop at Aqua City Odaiba, Decks Tokyo Beach.
Accommodation is at Garden Hotel Narita or similar. Hotel is not located in Tokyo city. It is near Narita International Airport.

Day 7 |
Tokyo / Singapore (Breakfast)
This morning free at leisure until your transfer to Narita International Airport
for your flight back to Singapore with sweet memories of ANA First Choice
Holiday.
